Project Description: Kilmer Basement

The clients reached out to us to see if we could make better use of their 1960s basement they basically used as a catch-all.

With much consideration, planning, and re-designing, we transformed how their entire house functions ultimately, nearly doubling the usable space of their home.

We moved the master downstairs, where we created a master suite, with a large walk-in shower and then we moved windows and doors to allow for a better functioning laundry space, and added an organized sport storage room.

The introduction of large sliding doors, allowed for an inviting family/entertaining area that the home previously lacked.
