After dealing with the heartbreak of a major water leak in the master bath of our 8 year old house, Scott and Veronika rescued us. Knowing that we will not have to deal with leaks again (Scott uses the Schluter system) has been a great comfort. Veronika listened to our general desires about design and came up with fabulous ideas that made our bathroom drop-dead gorgeous! We couldn’t be happier. They are the best.

We have worked with the Design Den on several occasions since 2012 to help up transform our older and outdated (1950’s) home. They have not only helped us with renovations (a bathroom overhaul), but also with interior and exterior painting, interior re-design (nursery/bedroom), and directional design consultation (living/dining), and have been an absolute pleasure to work with, bringing integrity, insight, innovation, and honestly to their projects.
We have been nothing but impressed with their completed work. When we HAVE encounter small hiccups – such as grouting changing colour on us overnight – they have gone above and beyond returning twice to re-do the job to ensure the grout was filled and the colour was corrected.

This was our first real home project, therefore, we were nervous about selecting a designer/contractor. After meeting The Design Den, my wife and I felt at ease with a decision to work with them. They worked very closely with us and our vision, guiding were required with an extensive knowledge of options. They were equally as excited about the project which made the process more enjoyable.
Once the design was complete, they worked closely with us to monitor the budget and manage budget savings where we could and made sure we did not skimp on something important. What’s more important is that they finished on time and on budget! No one thought they could accomplish said project with all the scope creep in under 2 months, but they delivered.
